Description
The "Sancocho Project" blends harvests from coffee-growing families to create the renowned Colombian coffee profile with notes of chocolate, caramel, and orange. Together with small producers around the Antioquia region, we created the "Sancocho Project", were we support coffee-growing families region-wide as they transition to specialty coffee. Each contributes part of their harvest, blending together to create the world-famous classic Colombian coffee profile.
