A COLOMBIAN CLASSIC ROOTED IN TRADITION, ELEVATED THROUGH INNOVATION.

From the highlands of Planadas, Tolima, our Clásico is a tribute to tradition, resilience, and refined craftsmanship. Grown organically by Jorge Rojas and neighboring farmers, this washed coffee carries classic Colombian notes of chocolate, citrus, and panela - elevated with floral and berry undertones from a gentle extended fermentation. A versatile, silky-bodied cup born from dedication and altitude.

  • Colombian Cardamom

    Our Colombian cardamom is grown in fertile, tropical highlands where climate, soil, and altitude create ideal conditions for slow maturation and intense aroma. The pods are carefully harvested at peak ripeness and gently dried to preserve their essential oils and natural complexity.

  • Direct from local Colombian growers

    We work directly with local farming communities in Colombia, cutting out unnecessary intermediaries and ensuring full traceability from field to final delivery. Our cardamom is cultivated using responsible agricultural practices that respect both biodiversity and local ecosystems.

  • A long-term project

    Kolombia is built around long-term partnerships, not spot trading. We collaborate closely with producers on quality development, post-harvest handling, and future scaling—ensuring stability for farmers and reliability for our partners.
