She’s chosen to cultivate only exotic coffee varieties, and we instantly fell in love with her dedication to every detail. For our Bouquet collection, we selected her Yellow Bourbon—processed with 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation: 36 hours in cherry and another 36 in mucilage. The result? A cup that tastes like green tea with a mango twist—delicately floral, vibrant, and unforgettable.
