Description
Erika Yaguara is one fierce and dedicated farmer. She made the bold decision to grow only exotic varietals — and we’ve fallen in love with her attention to detail. For Floral, we selected her Yellow Bourbon, processed with 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation: 36 hours in cherry, followed by 36 hours in mucilage. The result? A cup that tastes like green tea with mango notes — and, true to its name, it’s beautifully floral.
